A: Yes - You will need to purchase a minimum of $15.00

A: Yes, when you are on the shipping options page on checkout you will see "UPS Collect shipping options" - Choose that
Q: I have a technical question, can I contact you by phone?
A: Yes, You can call us at 203.440.9945 M-F 9am - 5pm EST - You will need to leave a detailed message including your name, reason for your call and any other pertinent information, - we will only return calls that include details and reasons for your call - This allows us to research a little before we call you.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes, All discounts are calculated automatically and are based on the quantity of the product you are purchasing - If you want to see the discount structure - go to the item page and you in most cases will see a tab that says "discount"
Q: I received an incorrect / defective item - how is this handled?
A: If you have received an incorrect item, we must me notified within 1 week of you receiving your order and we will only replace the broken or incorrect part - no refunds will be issued and we may ask for photo's or a return of the item prior to shipping the new component.
Q: My order was canceled - Why?
A: There are various possible reasons and you should call us if this happens, a common reason would be If you chose UPS Collect for shipping and did not provide your account number.
Q: Can you tell me what connector I have by it's marking?
A: No - This is a frequently asked question - connectors are typically marked PED, Delphi, PA66, GBT GF10, GB20, - This typically only describes who made it and the material composition.
Q: I purchased an Aftermarket Wiring Harness, what mating connectors do I need?
A: You will need to contact the harness manufacturer for the part numbers
Q: I found the part I was looking for and I need to know what is the mating connector?
A: When you are on the product page look below the item and you will see all associated components.
Q: I found the part and I do not see any related items
A: Several reasons for this 1) There may be no related mating connector and 2) The item is a discontinued product.
Q: Can I special order an item if it's not on the website?
A: If it's available we may be able to, however you need to be aware that by ordering a special order item, you must commit to purchasing several "hundred" to several "thousand" pieces and lead time is from 1 week to 3 months and is non returnable.
Q: Do you ship oveseas?
A: We ship to the 48 contiguous US states, Canada and "selected" overseas countries
Q: Why selected countries?
A: We have determined that there is a larger amount of fraud and risk in certain locations and we choose not to ship there.
