Changes and/or improvements may be made to the products and/or programs described herein at any time by PCS or the manufacturer of such product(s) and no liabilty is to be assumed or assessed.

Manufactuer cross references: PCS on certain products may list a Manufacturers part number as a cross reference, we try to provide accurate information however from time to time errors do occur or part numbers change without notice, we will not be held responsible for any innacuracies listed on our site.
Trademarks / Copyright infringements: PCS takes great care in assigning and placing registered trademark names, logos or copyright information on the products listed, if by chance an item or items are missing this information please contact us immediately and we will correct the item(s) - we will not be held liable for any infringements or damages that may or may not result by this error.
Pricing: We strive to maintain prices consistent with market demand, however manufacturer pricing changes on a regular basis and we reserve the right to change pricing at any time and without notice. 
Taxes: All PCS orders online or by phone for Connecticut residents or businesses shall be taxed at a rate of 6.350% - If you are a tax exempt business operating in the State of CT. we will need a copy of your current State of CT resale certificate if this is not provided we reserve the right to charge the Sales tax in accordance to the State of Connecticut.dept of revenue services regulations.
Shipping Damages: We need to be notified on the date of receipt, carrier must note damage on shipping document and at our discretion we may ask for a detailed photo of the damaged item.
Ship to addresses: Ship to and Bill to addresses are the customers responsibiliy - If a package is returned because of an incorrect address you will be required to pay an additional shipping charge for re-delivery.
Shipping Weight: product weight is determined by but not limited to product, including packing material, box weight,catalogs, and or flyers.
Returns: Returns will only be made for incorrect components, we must be notified within 1 week of recieving material and will only be exchanged with the corrected items - no exception.
Non-Delivery/Lost package: You must notify us within 30 days if you have not received your order - we will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
Charge account customers: All A/R customers will be able to place their account number in at checkout as a method of payment if you do not know your number please contact us at 203.440.9945
Charge account late fees: All A/R customers will be assessed a late fee of 1.5% if account has an outstanding balance past 30 calendar days.
Handling fees: PCS Charges a flat handling fee of up to $3.50 for all shipments Domestic or Foreign
Shipping: With the exception of Overnight and 2nd day shipments we at our discretion may change shipping service if your address falls into a 1-3 day zone.

Shipping Fees: Are based on real time data provided by UPS, FEDEX, and USPS and will be based on either weight or dollar amount, which can be changed at our discretion at any time.
